FS-GH102手持式超高频RFID读写器
继成功开发出新一代8埠智慧型RFID读写器后, 晶彩科技成功设计出目前业界读取距离最长的超小型手持式超高频RFID读写器,使公司成为全世界手持式RFID读写器技术领导厂商之一。晶彩所设计的手持式RFID读写器FS-GH102,采用Impinj R2000读写器晶片所设计,符合EPCglobal C1 Gen2规范,并支援密集的读写器模式,其灵敏度较其他采用R1000的读写器高出12dBm,读取距离可高达7M,是目前读取距离最长的超小型手持式RFID读写器。
FS-GH102手持式超高频RFID读写器采用Marvell PXA270 520MHz处理器、内建128MB DRAM /1GBFlash高容量记忆体,配备3.5” TFT-LCD触控式萤幕,支援一维条码及二维条码取(1D/2D Bar Code)读取,以及WiFi 802.11b/g、GPRS、GPS以及Bluetooth等功能,具有强大的通讯能力。在超高频的RFID功能上,内建30dBm 无线发射功率的RFID超小型模组(3cm x 5cm)以及2dBi 的线性极化UHF天线,整机重量不到500g,外形轻巧携带方便。另外,FS-GH102采用IP65工业等级的防水防尘设计,适合室内及室外的使用环境,同时配备4000mAh的长效电池,以确保8小时以上长时间的使用。此产品将广泛的被应用于零售、物流、制造、医疗等行业,以实现即时的销售统计、补货、库存盘点和防止货物遗失。
晶彩科技表示,该公司正利用其UHF RFID的强大研发实力,为世界前五大的手持机厂商ODM设计手持式读写器,将该公司已开发3cm x 5cm尺寸的R2000 RFID模组设计安装到手持机厂商的产品中,成为超长距离的手持式超高频RFID读写器,推动手持式RFID读写器的技术进一步提升。晶彩科技预计2010年下半年后市场上推出的手持式读写器的敏感度及读取距离,因R2000读写器的出现将全面性大幅提升,而该公司的技术将可以领先业界半年到一年。
在今年7月1日-3日深圳会展中心举行“2010年深圳国际RFID技术和物联网应用展”上,晶彩科技首次盛装亮相,展出了读写距离最长超小型手持式超高频RFID读写器FS-GH102等多款读写器产品,晶彩科技股份有限公司RFID事业处副总经理曾锦香先生接受采访时说:“感觉中国物联网、RFID的布局发展很快,觉得这个市场非常重要,通过这次展会的展览认识了很多的合作伙伴,成效很不错。”
据悉,10月11日-14日,在台北世界贸易中心南港展览馆,InSync-Asia图显有限公司还将偕同晶彩科技共同参加2010年台北国际RFID应用展览会, 共同展示可回收容器(ReturnableTransportation Item)追踪解决方案。展场中的搭配将采用晶彩科技超高频(UHF)8阜智慧型读写器,还将可看到实际的情境展示及系统画面。届时,晶彩科技的多款读写器产品还将再次得到全面展示。
